This project was implemented to control and optimize the consumption of Energy and Materials in three steps as follows:

STEP 1
Installation and calibration of required equipment for the measurement of electricity, steam and gas consumption in production and utility units.

STEP 2
Determination of energy consumption in each unit and the amount of energy consumed
per ton of product.

STEP 3
Auditing, control and evaluation of possible means of reduction in energy consumption.

Energy Management Establishment Results

1- Control of energy and materials consumption, and waste reduction.

2- Continual auditing of operational conformance to requirements.

3- Monthly assessment of energy consumption and energy carriers.
